Relationship Issues—DISC Training, March 27

The more we understand ourselves, the more we can understand others. The session, at noon, in 326 Gannon Building, is designed to create an awareness of the various personality styles. Participants will learn to identify their predominant personality styles and how this influences how they interact with their teachers, classmates and co-workers. Information covered in this session is designed to improve communication, decrease stress and increase productivity by understanding how to meet the basic needs and expectations of others. This information enhances participants’ ability to connect, communicate and relate more effectively by understanding another’s point of view.
