Student Services in the StarZone

Students may receive services from Customer Relations in the StarZone, Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The StarZone is located in the Gannon Building’s second floor (or ground floor, if entering from the Mall).

Customer services offers assistance with Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Academic Advising, Support Services, and a wide variety of other issues.

Come to the StarZone and ask for an LCC Customer Relations Specialists to help you succeed!

State of the City Coming Thursday

Please join Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero for his 10th State of the City Address on Thursday, January 29 in the Gannon Commons. The event is free and open to the public, however seating is limited.

  • 5:30 p.m. – Doors Open
  • 7 p.m. SHARP – Mayor’s Address and Live Broadcast

*IMPORTANT NOTICE* Gannon Commons Lower Level Closed Wednesday and Thursday

The Gannon Commons lower level seating area will be CLOSED all day on Wednesday, January 28 and Thursday, January 29, for event preparation.

Student seating is available in Gannon 244, 184, 185 and the 3rd floor lobby from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on both days.

All food vendors will operate under regular posted hours until Thursday, January 29 at 3 p.m. At that time, the first floor vendors will close for the special event and resume regular posted hours on Friday, January 30. Einstein Bros Bagels will close Thursday at 5 p.m. and resume regular posted hours on Friday.

Tax Assistance Workshop

February 13—Tax Assistance. 12:00-1:00 pm. Gannon 326.

In this workshop, Mr. Lou Adado, CPA, will introduce attendees to the Affordable Care Act and other areas of means of tax assistance.
