Virtual commencement ceremony will include remarks from Michigan’s lieutenant governor

You’re invited to celebrate our 2021 graduates at the college’s virtual commencement ceremony, 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 13.

The planned in-person commencement ceremony, scheduled for the Jack Breslin Center in East Lansing, has been canceled for the second year to prioritize health and safety. This virtual ceremony allows our graduates to be recognized for their hard work and accomplishments and to be celebrated by their proud family and friends.

LCC’s 63rd commencement ceremony will be the first for President Steve Robinson, and will include remarks from special guest, Michigan’s Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist II.

The ceremony will be available at lcc.edu/virtual, on LCC’s Facebook page, and on LCC Radio and TV.

The Early College will hold a separate convocation 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 12. All employees are invited to attend in support of our students.
