Form 1095-C mailing soon

As a large employer, LCC is required each tax season to provide the Form 1095-C to all employees who had offers of health coverage and enrollment in that coverage for the previous taxable year. The 1095-C displays the months you were offered coverage, the months you and any eligible dependents were enrolled in coverage, and the minimum cost to be enrolled in coverage (which could be different than what you actually pay to be enrolled).
If you were offered medical coverage through LCC in the taxable year 2020, you will receive your 1095-C in the mail to your home address on file with Human Resources in late February. As a reminder, the 1095-C is not required to file your 2020 federal income tax returns.
