One Book events continue this semester

Capital Area One Book will kick off the spring semester with events at the Downtown and West campuses. The events will continue our community exploration of this year’s book, “There There,” by Tommy Orange. All events are open to employees, students and the community.
The Downtown Campus Kick-off will be held 9:30 a.m.-noon Wednesday, Jan. 29, in the Gannon Building Highway and Room 2214. The West Campus Kick-off will be held 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, in the Main Atrium. Free copies of the book will be available.
The semester will also include a Cocoa and Conversation book discussion event, 3-4 p.m. March 25 in the Centre for Engaged Inclusion. The year will culminate with a visit from author Tommy Orange. He will speak 10:30-11:30 a.m. April 22 in Dart Auditorium.
