The Payroll Department, along with the Grants Department, is pleased to share the new and improved versions of the Exception Time Reporting documents, located on the Payroll website under the Instruction and Information Guide section. The new versions follow accessibility guidelines and offer a more streamlined approach to the timesheet entry procedure.
Please begin using the new instruction guide and time log immediately, as the changes are effective with the new fiscal year. Exception time includes: Grant-related activities, BCI-contracted trainings, Special Events Internal and Special Events External.
- Exception Time Reporting Log: A document to certify exception hours worked. Formerly known as a Grant Time Log.
- Recording Exception Time on Timesheet: A step-by-step instruction guide that explains how to enter exception time on an employee’s timesheet.
