Become a Vet Net Ally

Learn what our student veterans have experienced while serving our country and what you can do to best serve them. A free event will be held 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15 in the Gannon Building, Room 2214 (formerly 244).

The speaker is Dr. Marshall Thomas, director of Veterans Services at California State University, Long Beach. Thomas started the Vet Net Ally program at CSULB and brings his methods of veteran support in higher education to LCC.

Register to attend by Monday, Sept. 11 at lcc.edu/vetnetally.

The Vet Net Ally program aims to create a network of LCC faculty, staff and administrators trained to support LCC student veterans to achieve success in their academic pursuit.

Upon completion of this seminar, you will achieve your Vet Net Ally decal. Display this decal in your workspace to identify as veteran support staff.
