Timesheet Instructions – Memorial Day

When completing and approving timecards for the June 9 pay period, 2017BW12, please remember Holiday Hours for Memorial Day, May 29 will be automatically recorded for the following employee groups:

  • Salaried Administrators  – Do not enter exception hours for May 29. The holiday will automatically be recorded.
  • FT Support*
  • FT Physical Plant*

*Eight Holiday hours will default on timesheets for May 29 for full-time support and Physical Plant. Disregard the “-8” populated in the default hours of timesheet; this will not affect the total hours.

Employee groups not listed above should record leave time (i.e. Holiday Pay, PTO) if available and if pay for the holiday is desired. Holiday worked hours should be reported only if work was performed on the actual holiday.
