Everyone is welcome to join the celebration of women writers at the Annual Women’s Literature Read-In, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, March 27 on the third floor of the Library.
Writers and/or readers may read for five to 20 minutes from any work or selections by a female writer. Any type of work is okay –autobiography, biography, essay, letters, journal entries, political statements, fiction, drama, poetry, etc.
Readers need to contact Professor Teresa Purvis at firstname.lastname@example.org with their name and the title(s) and author(s) of the works to be shared by Wednesday, March 22.
We welcome and honor diversity and seek readings reflecting a range of experiences and cultures.
