In collaboration with the Human Resources Division, we are happy to offer LCC employees a second opportunity to hear from Anand Giridharadas.

We live in a world that is changing what it means to lead. In this gripping presentation, Anand Giridharadas draws on his reporting around the world, interviews with leaders, and analysis to reveal how old ways of leadership are being overthrown and replaced by new methods. He will talk about the shift from leading by doing to leading by catalyzing, from power over others to power with them, and from top-down to bottom-up.

Register for this event in the employee Learning Management System (LMS).
