Operation 100% Information

If you are interested in learning more about the details of Lansing Community College’s customized student success initiative, Operation 100%, a number of documents are now available reflecting work and plans completed fall semester 2015. To locate that material, head to myLCC, and select the Strategic Directions tab, and then the Year 2 (2015-2016) folder. In that folder you will find copies of the four Major Project Annual Reports filed in October 2015, as well as detailed Microsoft Timeline Project Files for each of the four major projects. Also in the Year 2 folder are documents from the recent Dr. Rob Johnstone LCC visit, as well as detailed information for the Web Refresh and Guided Pathways project. Also available now are the new Operation 100% first-release webpage and a digital version of the Operation 100% brochure.

In addition, a series of Operation 100% focused news briefs have been featured this fall 2015 semester in The Star.

For faculty, Operation 100% initiatives will be the topic of discussion at a round table session on January 6, 2016.

Additionally, Operation 100% Office Hours will be held in The Commons in Gannon and West Campus Cafeteria starting in January 2016. The Office Hours will be open to all. Please watch for a posting of the Operation 100% Office Hours Schedule.
