Changes coming to the Concur website

Starting January 31, 2015 at 3:01am EST, there will be a redesigned user interface that you will see when you log into Concur.  The application has been modernized with a dashboard design with grouping of like functions and tasks together which should improve navigation on the website. The functionality remains the same.

The online training will be updated within the upcoming weeks to reflect the new view of Concur.  Financial Services will be offering a monthly face-to face Concur refresher session for those employees who have already taken the online Concur training, but have questions on specific items in their expense report.  These monthly sessions will take the place of the Concur walk-in Friday sessions.

Our first Concur refresher session will take place on February 11, 2015 from 9am-11am.  Please RSVP to Linda Hall, halll29@lcc.edu, as there will be limited seating available.  The room assignment will be forwarded to those who RSVP.  Only those employees who have already taken the online training will be able to attend the refresher sessions.  Only employees who are charged with purchasing or traveling on behalf of the College should have access to Concur.
